Error 404 During Signing

If you see an “Error 404” message when clicking a signing link, it may be due to a period (.) added at the end of the URL, which can happen on some phones.

To Fix This:

  1. Remove any period (.) at the end of the URL.
  2. Copy the link from the SMS and paste it into your browser’s address bar.
