Error When Clicking the Signing URL from SMS

If a client encounters an error when clicking the signing URL from an SMS message, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Check for an Extra Period at the End of the URL
    1. Verify if there is a period (.) appended at the end of the URL (e.g., #URL#.).
  2. Remove the Period
    1. Instruct the client to copy the URL directly from the SMS, remove any trailing period, and paste it into their browser’s address bar.
  3. Escalate if Needed
    1. If the issue persists, contact the development team and provide the details of the signing URL for further investigation.
