Error When Clicking the Signing URL from SMS
If a client encounters an error when clicking the signing URL from an SMS message, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Check for an Extra Period at the End of the URL
- Verify if there is a period (.) appended at the end of the URL (e.g., #URL#.).
- Remove the Period
- Instruct the client to copy the URL directly from the SMS, remove any trailing period, and paste it into their browser’s address bar.
- Escalate if Needed
- If the issue persists, contact the development team and provide the details of the signing URL for further investigation.
