# Unable to Send Document to Customer via SMS

If a document fails to send via SMS, you can try these steps:

1. **Locate the Signer** 
     1. Search by entering the customer’s full name or phone number.
2. **Check Campaigns** 
     1. Click **View Campaigns** to see all signature requests for that customer.
3. **Review Error Message**I 
     1. f the error indicates SMS delivery issues, resend the document via email instead.
