Unable to Send Document to Customer via SMS

If a document fails to send via SMS, you can try these steps:

  1. Locate the Signer
    1. Search by entering the customer’s full name or phone number.
  2. Check Campaigns
    1. Click View Campaigns to see all signature requests for that customer.
  3. Review Error MessageI
    1. f the error indicates SMS delivery issues, resend the document via email instead.
