Resend Document Download Link

If a client’s customer cannot download their document because the original email or text was deleted or lost, you can resend the download link as follows:

  1. Locate the Signer or Document
    1. Search using the signer’s full name, phone number, or Document ID.
  2. Access Campaigns
    1. Click the View Campaigns button to see all signature requests for the specified signer.
  3. Resend the Link
    1. Click on the signer’s name to view details, then select Resend Document Download Link.

This will resend the download link to the customer, allowing them to access their document again.
