Reset Document Download

If a document download needs to be reset, follow these steps:

1. Locate the Document
   1. Search for the document using the signer’s full name, email, phone number, Signature ID, or Document ID.
2. Access Campaigns
   1. Click the View Campaigns button to view details of the specified document.
3. Reset Download
   1. Click the Reset Download button and confirm the action.
4. Verify Download
   1. Redownload the document to ensure it is now accessible.

Note: The document cannot be reset if it has been archived.
