Signature Request Stuck in “Sent” Status
If a signature request remains in “Sent” status even after the document is signed, verify whether it has actually been signed:
- Locate the Document
- Search for the document using the signer’s full name, email, phone number, Signature ID, or Document ID.
- Access Campaigns
- Click the View Campaigns button to see all related requests.
- Check Access Status
- Select View Access to confirm if the document has been signed or if there are additional pending signatures.
In most cases, the document is still awaiting signatures or has multiple pending requests. If further help is needed, contact support.
