Signatures Not Displaying Correctly

If signatures aren’t displaying as expected, try these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Reset the Document
    1. Search for the document using the signer’s name, email, phone number, or Document ID.
    2. Click View Campaigns and then select Reset Download next to the affected document.
  2. Verify the Fix
    1. Redownload the document to see if the signatures are now displaying correctly.
