Signatures Not Displaying Correctly
If signatures aren’t displaying as expected, try these steps to resolve the issue:
- Reset the Document
- Search for the document using the signer’s name, email, phone number, or Document ID.
- Click View Campaigns and then select Reset Download next to the affected document.
- Verify the Fix
- Redownload the document to see if the signatures are now displaying correctly.
