User Unable to Login
If a user is unable to log in from the web portal, a password reset may resolve the issue. Follow these steps:
- Verify the UserSearch for the user by entering their username or email address to confirm their account exists.
- Reset the Password
- Click the Reset Password button next to the specified user. Set a new password that meets the following criteria:
- At least 1 number
- 1 uppercase letter
- 1 lowercase letter
- 1 special character
- 8 to 30 characters in length
- Click the Reset Password button next to the specified user. Set a new password that meets the following criteria:
- Notify the User
- Inform the user of their new password so they can log in successfully.
