User Unable to Login

If a user is unable to log in from the web portal, a password reset may resolve the issue. Follow these steps:

  1. Verify the UserSearch for the user by entering their username or email address to confirm their account exists.
  2. Reset the Password
    1. Click the Reset Password button next to the specified user. Set a new password that meets the following criteria:
      1. At least 1 number
      2. 1 uppercase letter
      3. 1 lowercase letter
      4. 1 special character
      5. 8 to 30 characters in length
  3. Notify the User
    1. Inform the user of their new password so they can log in successfully.
